Tadas
Owner & Head Coach
Tadas is the owner and head coach at PRACTICE, with over 14 years of coaching experience. His work is built around movement quality, biomechanics and helping people understand how their body actually functions. He works with a wide range of people, from beginners and everyday clients to experienced lifters and athletes, especially those dealing with pain, recurring injuries or long-standing movement limitations. Tadas takes a holistic, rehab-informed approach to strength and movement. His coaching considers posture, gait, biomechanics, the nervous system and how the body adapts over time. Rather than forcing people into one method, he adapts training around the person in front of him. The focus is always on better movement, long-term strength and helping clients feel more confident in their body. Having spent years training himself, pushing performance and working through injuries, his coaching is shaped by both lived experience and ongoing education. Whether somebody wants to move without pain, return to training, improve performance or simply feel stronger in daily life, his aim is the same: to help people move better, feel stronger and trust their body again.

Deena
Founder & Coach
Deena is the founder and coach at PRACTICE, with over 7 years in the fitness industry, a psychology degree and further qualifications in nutrition, pre and postnatal training. Her coaching blends strength training, behaviour change and realistic lifestyle support, helping people understand their habits, build consistency and create a healthier relationship with fitness long term. Deena’s own relationship with exercise has not always been balanced. Years of chasing aesthetic goals, overtraining and confusing discipline with pressure eventually shaped the way she now coaches. She still believes it is okay to want to feel confident in how you look, but not at the expense of your health, wellbeing or relationship with yourself. Her approach is calm, honest and practical, combining movement, nutrition and mindset in a way that fits real life rather than taking it over. Whether someone is returning to training, rebuilding confidence, navigating body image struggles or wanting more structure without extremes, her aim is to help them feel stronger, more capable and more in control of their health.

Eva
Coach
Eva is a coach at PRACTICE with a calm, encouraging approach and a strong focus on helping people feel comfortable, capable and supported within training. Alongside her personal training qualification, Eva has completed GP referral training, giving her a wider understanding of how exercise can support people across different backgrounds, abilities and health needs. Eva’s coaching is especially suited to people who feel nervous in gym spaces, unsure where to start or want to build confidence gradually without pressure. Her own relationship with exercise began from wanting to change how she looked, but over time developed into a deeper appreciation for how movement can support both physical and mental wellbeing. She is passionate about helping people enjoy training again, rebuild trust in their body and create routines that feel realistic, positive and sustainable. Her aim is to make training feel approachable, personal and feel-good, especially for anyone who wants exercise to become something that genuinely adds to their life.

"Not your average gym. This one is all about 1:1 sessions, calm atmosphere, relaxed approach. Tadas' knowledge is immense regarding strength training, mobility and rehab. Whatever your needs may be, you'll be in safe and capable hands."
