Tadas

Founder & Head Coach

Tadas’ approach is shaped by over 14 years coaching experience, extensive self-study and years of learning from therapists, coaches and different movement disciplines. His coaching centres around movement quality, biomechanics, posture and helping people better understand and rebuild confidence in their body, particularly when dealing with pain, recurring injuries or long-term movement limitations. Strong focus on long-term strength development, helping people move better, feel stronger and train with more confidence. Over the years, Tadas has worked with a wide range of people, from complete beginners and experienced lifters through to professional athletes, as well as clients recovering from serious accidents, neurological conditions and life-changing injuries. His work combines rehabilitation principles with long-term strength development, always adapting training around the individual in front of him rather than forcing people into one approach. Having spent years training himself, pushing performance, dealing with injuries and learning through experience, his coaching is shaped just as much by what he’s lived through as the education he’s gained along the way. His approach focuses heavily on helping people understand how their body actually functions, particularly when pain, injury or compensation patterns have been present for a long time. Whether somebody’s goal is to move without pain, return to training or simply feel more confident in their body again, his aim is always the same: helping people move better, feel stronger and trust their body again.

Deena

Founder & Coach

Deena’s approach is shaped by over 7 years in the fitness industry, her psychology degree and her own experience rebuilding a healthier relationship with exercise. Her coaching focuses on helping people move well, build confidence and create realistic habits that actually fit their life, without extremes or feeling consumed by fitness. Strong emphasis on movement quality, posture and proper form, helping people feel more comfortable and capable within training. Like a lot of people, Deena’s relationship with exercise didn’t start from the healthiest place. Years of chasing aesthetic goals, overtraining and unhealthy patterns masked as “discipline” eventually pushed her to look at fitness differently and question the culture surrounding it. That experience became a huge part of the coach she is now. She still believes it’s okay to want to feel confident in how you look, but not at the expense of your health, wellbeing or relationship with exercise overall. Her coaching focuses on helping people find the balance between looking good, feeling good and building habits that are actually sustainable long term. Alongside over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, she also holds a psychology degree and qualifications in nutrition and pre- and postnatal training, giving her a wider understanding of both the physical and behavioural side of coaching. Her sessions combine strength training, movement quality and long-term habit change, with a strong emphasis on posture, proper form and helping people feel safe and confident within exercise. Whether somebody is returning to training, rebuilding confidence or simply wanting a more realistic approach to fitness, her aim is always the same: helping people feel stronger, more capable and more connected to their body again.

Eva

Coach

Eva’s coaching is shaped by her own experiences with body image, confidence and learning to build a healthier relationship with exercise. Her approach focuses on helping people feel comfortable within training, build confidence gradually and create habits that feel realistic and sustainable. Also qualified in GP referral training, allowing her to support a wider range of people with care and understanding. Like a lot of people, Eva’s relationship with exercise started from wanting to change how she looked and feel more confident in herself. Over time, that developed into a much deeper appreciation for how movement, routine and training can positively impact both physical and mental wellbeing when approached in a healthier way. Wanting to help people feel more comfortable within exercise felt like a natural direction for her, leading her into coaching. Alongside her personal training qualification, she also completed GP referral training, giving her a wider understanding of how exercise can support people across different backgrounds, abilities and health needs. Her coaching style is calm, approachable and supportive, helping people feel at ease within training without pressure, extremes or feeling judged. She is particularly passionate about helping people rebuild confidence around exercise, enjoy movement again and create a healthier relationship with their body overall.
