Getting Started

Our recommended starting point for all new clients.

Do I need to book a Movement Reset first?

We strongly recommend it. Your Movement Reset helps us understand your movement, posture, gait and training history so we can guide you in the right direction from the start.

What is a Movement Reset?

A 1:1 assessment looking at posture, movement, gait and overall training history to help us understand how your body moves and where to begin.

Is PRACTICE a gym?

Not in the traditional sense. PRACTICE is a private fitness studio built around movement, coaching and intentional training, without the crowds or commercial gym feel.

Is PRACTICE suitable for beginners?

Completely. Many of our clients are new to strength training, returning after time away from exercise or looking for a calmer, more supportive environment to train in.

Is PRACTICE busy?

No. PRACTICE is intentionally designed to feel calm, spacious and focused. We limit numbers to maintain a quieter, more personal training environment.

What should I wear or bring?

Comfortable training clothes, clean indoor trainers and a water bottle. We have reverse osmosis filtered water available for refills.

Personal Training & Practice Signature

What’s the difference between Personal Training and PRACTICE Signature?

Personal Training is coaching with one of our PRACTICE coaches using our movement-first approach.

PRACTICE Signature is our highest level coaching experience led by Head Coach Tadas.

Which option is right for me?

Your Movement Reset helps us decide the best starting point based on your goals, history and experience level.

Will I be left alone during sessions?

No. Sessions are fully coached and tailored to you. We focus heavily on movement quality, technique and helping clients feel confident while training.

Is PRACTICE suitable for pain or injuries?

Yes. Many clients come to us for support with movement limitations, recurring pain or rebuilding confidence around training.

Do you offer pre and postnatal coaching?

Yes. Deena, our founder, is qualified in pre and postnatal training and supports clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and rebuilding confidence around movement.

Is PRACTICE only for experienced gym-goers?

Not at all. PRACTICE is designed for real people at all stages of training.

Practice Solo

Independent training in a private, focused environment.

What is PRACTICE Solo?

PRACTICE Solo gives existing clients access to our private training spaces for independent sessions.

Can anyone book PRACTICE Solo?

PRACTICE Solo is available exclusively to PRACTICE clients.

Do I need regular coaching to access PRACTICE Solo?

Yes. To access PRACTICE Solo, clients must complete at least one Personal Training or PRACTICE Signature session per month.

 

This helps us keep your training structured, appropriate and safe.

Can I bring a friend to PRACTICE Solo?

No, unless both people are existing PRACTICE clients and have each booked their own space.

 

For shared coaching, we offer bespoke 2:1 and small group Personal Training packages. Please email us to find out more.

Is PRACTICE Solo supervised?

PRACTICE Solo is designed for independent training. Some sessions may run alongside coached sessions, but clients are expected to train independently and responsibly.

What safety measures are in place during PRACTICE Solo?

The studio includes CCTV, panic alarms and controlled access systems for safety. PRACTICE Solo is designed around controlled, sensible independent training rather than high-risk or maximal lifting.

 

What if no one is working when I arrive?

You will receive a timed access code that works only for the hours you have booked.

Can I use my programme during PRACTICE Solo?

Yes. Your training programme is accessible through the PRACTICE app during your session.

Memberships & PAYG

Options, benefits and everything you need to know.

Do I need a membership?

No. You can train using PAYG sessions or choose a membership option.

What’s included in memberships?

Memberships include discounted coached sessions, full app access, training plans, accountability support and 50% off PRACTICE Solo sessions.

Can I train more than once per week?

Absolutely. Many clients combine coached sessions with PRACTICE Solo for additional flexibility. Our most popular membership includes two coached sessions per week.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Memberships have a minimum term of 3 months, followed by a rolling 4 week cancellation period.

Can I combine coaching with independent training?

Yes. Many clients combine Personal Training or PRACTICE Signature with PRACTICE Solo.

Why does PRACTICE cost more than a standard gym?

PRACTICE is not a high-volume gym membership.

 

You are paying for a private training environment, expert coaching, individual support, structured programming, limited numbers and a calmer space to train properly.

Bookings, Access & Cancellations

Studio access, policies and practical facilities.

What are your opening hours?

PRACTICE is open from 6am until late.

 

PRACTICE Solo offers flexibility around work, family and life. If you book early morning or later evening, we ask that you are especially mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

How far in advance can I book?

Sessions can be booked up to 5 days in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

PRACTICE Solo sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours before your booking.

 

Personal Training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment.

 

Late cancellations may still be charged.

How does access work?

For PRACTICE Solo, you will receive a timed access code for your booked session. Please only enter during your allocated time and make sure the studio is secure when you leave.

Is there parking?

There is limited street parking directly outside the studio and additional nearby street parking available. Please be mindful of permit-only roads.

Do you have changing facilities?

We have private bathroom facilities available for clients. As PRACTICE is a small private studio, availability may occasionally vary if the treatment room is in use, so we recommend arriving ready to train where possible.
