Built for people. Not for volume.
Practice was created to offer something different.
A private space where people feel comfortable, supported, and properly coached.
Our story
For years, we watched people blame themselves for not sticking to fitness.
But honestly?
Most spaces make it hard to feel comfortable in the first place.
Too loud.
Too performative.
Too focused on pushing through instead of paying attention to what your body is actually telling you.
So we created something calmer.
A space where people can train without feeling watched.
Where asking questions is encouraged.
Where strength and movement are approached with a little more core.
Some people come to us because they’re in pain.
Some because they’ve lost confidence.
Some simply want to feel stronger and more like themselves again.
That’s what Practice is here for.
And yes, there’s usually a sausage dog wandering around somewhere too!

Our philosophy

Meet the owners
Between them, Deena and Tadas bring years of experience across strength training, movement and behaviour change.
Tadas specialises in helping people understand how their body moves, often working with pain, postural issues and long term movement limitations.
Deena’s approach is shaped by psychology and the human side of coaching, focusing on habits, mindset and creating realistic change that actually lasts.
Together, their focus is simple:
Helping people build strength in a way that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable.

Why it feels different
We don’t chase trends.
We don’t rush results.
We don’t ignore what your body is telling you.
We focus on what actually works.
Long term.
The space
PRACTICE is built around three individual training spaces.
Partly to keep coaching sessions calmer and more focused, but also so clients using PRACTICE Solo can train independently without the usual chaos of a busy gym environment.
No waiting around.
No fighting for space.
Just room to focus on your training.
