Movement Reset is where we begin understanding how your body actually moves.
We look at posture, movement patterns, strength imbalances, mobility restrictions and the ways modern life, stress, injuries and repetitive habits can influence the body over time.
For some people, this helps explain recurring pain or stiffness.
For others, it highlights why certain exercises never quite feel right or why progress has stalled.
This session combines movement assessment, mobility work, posture and simple coaching to build a clearer picture of what your body needs.
It also helps us guide you towards the right approach, coach and level of support moving forward.

Practice Signature
Hands-on coaching

Practice Signature blends together strength training, movement coaching and rehabilitation principles into one session.
Rather than separating “rehab” from “training”, these sessions recognise that almost everybody has compensations, imbalances or movement patterns that affect how they train and feel.
Modern life creates compensation patterns in almost everyone.
Poor posture.
Old injuries.
Stress.
Repetitive movement.
Lack of movement.
These sessions are designed to help people better understand their body while still building strength, confidence and resilience.
Some sessions may feel more strength focused.
Others may focus more heavily on movement quality, mobility or pain reduction.

Personal training at PRACTICE is built around helping people move well, get stronger and feel more confident in their body.
We focus on quality movement, proper progression and creating training that feels sustainable rather than extreme.
No random workouts.

PRACTICE Solo gives ongoing clients access to train independently within the studio outside of coached sessions.
Built around three individual training spaces, the environment stays calmer, quieter and more intentional than a traditional gym floor.
No waiting for equipment.
No overcrowding.
No rushing through your session.
Just space to follow your programme, move at your own pace and train in an environment that already feels familiar.
Designed for clients wanting more flexibility and independence while still staying connected to their coaching and structure.
