Do I need to book a Movement Reset first?
We strongly recommend it. Your Movement Reset helps us understand your movement, posture, gait and training history so we can guide you in the right direction from the start.
What is a Movement Reset?
A 1:1 assessment looking at posture, movement, gait and overall training history to help us understand how your body moves and where to begin.
Is PRACTICE a gym?
Not in the traditional sense. PRACTICE is a private fitness studio built around movement, coaching and intentional training, without the crowds or commercial gym feel.
Is PRACTICE suitable for beginners?
Completely. Many of our clients are new to strength training, returning after time away from exercise or looking for a calmer, more supportive environment to train in.
Is PRACTICE busy?
No. PRACTICE is intentionally designed to feel calm, spacious and focused. We limit numbers to maintain a quieter, more personal training environment.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable training clothes, clean indoor trainers and a water bottle. We have reverse osmosis filtered water available for refills.
