Exxentric Flywheel
One of the tools we use a lot at PRACTICE.
Most strength training relies heavily on momentum.
The flywheel doesn’t.
Instead, it creates resistance through movement itself, which means you have to stay connected and in control throughout the exercise.
It forces you to centre.
To brace.
To stabilise.
It teaches tension and body awareness in a way that carries over really well into more traditional strength training too.
We use it across rehabilitation, strength work and performance coaching depending on the person in front of us.
