Built for people. Not volume.
A Space Designed to Feel Different
For many people, the gym is something they feel they should do.
Crowded rooms.
Loud music.
Rows of machines.
PRACTICE was created to offer something different.
A calm environment where people can train without distraction, move well and build lasting strength.
Built With Intention
Every element of PRACTICE has been carefully considered.
The layout of the training spaces.
The equipment used.
The atmosphere of the studio.
The goal is simple — create a place where people feel comfortable walking through the door and supported in their training.
How You Can Train
Flywheel Training
New to York
PRACTICE uses Exxentric flywheel technology, a strength training system widely used in elite sport and rehabilitation settings.
Unlike traditional weights, flywheel resistance adapts to your effort, allowing highly effective strength training that remains controlled and joint-friendly.
It's one of the ways PRACTICE focuses on quality over quantity.

A Place People Look Forward To
The studio has been designed to feel calm, welcoming and intentional.
A place people feel comfortable entering.
A place people don't dread coming to.
A place people look forward to.

Community
PRACTICE is intentionally small.
Membership numbers are limited to maintain the quality of the environment and the sense of community within the studio.
Clients can train through memberships or pay-as-you-go sessions, with the option for client-only solo training between coached sessions.
The goal is simple:
A space where people train well and feel at home.
